Das inverse Mikroskop "Axiovert 25" von Zeiss ist mit Phasenkontrast ausgestattet. Der binokulare Betrachtungskopf hat PL-Okulare mit 18x/18mm FOV. Der 0,4 N.A.-Kondensor enthält den Phasenschieber mit den Positionen Brighfield, Ph1 und Ph2. Das Mikroskop wird mit einem rechtshändigen mechanischen XY-Tisch geliefert. Der Objektivrevolver mit 5 Positionen wird mit den Objektiven CP-Achromat 5x, CP-Achromat 10x Ph1, LD-A Plan 20x Ph1 und LD-A Plan 40x Ph2 geliefert.
