The Thermo Scientific Heraeus Megafuge 16R refrigerated centrifuge is a refrigerated centrifuge designed with the user in mind. The user-friendly control panel makes it easy to preset the speed, RCF value, running time, temperature and running profile. The set speed is reached within seconds. The Megafuge 16R achieves maximum speeds of 15,200 rpm and a maximum RCF of 25,830 x g. The maintenance-free induction motor ensures quiet, low-vibration operation even at high speeds and guarantees a very long service life.
