Thermo Epredia Lab Vision PT Module for Enhanced Antigen Retrieval

Simultaneously perform dewaxing and antigen retrieval on slides prior to immunohistochemical staining. The Lab Vision PT Module offers consistent antigen retrieval for high-quality immunohistochemistry. Utilizing gentle heat, this retrieval device quickly produces outstanding results while maintaining the integrity of delicate tissue. Users can streamline testing and consolidate various retrieval methods into only one or two PT Module procedures that run simultaneously. Precise temperature control eliminates damaging variations, often caused by microwaves or pressure, delivering unmatched consistency.

With an easy one-touch operation via a built-in touchscreen and operator-defined, preprogrammed time and temperature settings, the module simplifies processes. It includes dual reaction baths, each with a 24-slide capacity, for simultaneous operation of two independent procedures. Proprietary epitope recovery solutions provide safe, nontoxic, solvent-free, and environmentally friendly dewaxing.

The device ensures rapid heating, eliminating variability from microwaves and pressure cookers, while maintaining excellent tissue and cellular morphology. Fully compatible slide racks facilitate efficient, time-saving transfer directly to any Autostainer post-treatment. The module is fully programmable for overnight operations or delayed-start, early-morning pre-heating, and can connect to a remote computer to monitor and log antigen retrieval reports for regulatory compliance.

The PT Module is fully automated and includes PT Monitor software for printing and maintaining regulatory compliant procedural reports. Slide Capacity is 48 glass slides across two tanks, each holding 24 slides, with a reagent capacity of 1.5 liters. A PC is included.
