The steel structure, formed through cold-press bending, is primed with a layer of epoxy before being coated with two applications of thermosetting powders. This is then passed through a thermal tunnel at a temperature of 200°C to ensure maximum durability.

The cabinet features two steel shelves enveloped in a protective plastic coating, each designed to withhold a maximum load of 5 kg when distributed evenly. It boasts a double-layered swing door complete with a security lock and key for added protection against unauthorized access. The doors are designed to open beyond a 110° angle, facilitating the removal of the shelves without any need for tilting.
