Disperser OV 625 Digital System Velp

A homogenizer is a laboratory or industrial instrument used for the homogenization of various types  (more)of materials, such as fabrics, plants, food, soil and many others. The OV 625 Digital laboratory disperser guarantees the highest level of reproducibility for a wide range of laboratory applications. Cutting-edge technology and engineering, like all Velp scientific products, guarantee precision and high shear force for rapid homogenization, emulsification, suspensions and high-speed mixing of biological tissues, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food products. Excellent mechanical properties and high chemical resistance make it suitable for even the most demanding laboratory challenges. DISPLAY AND CONTROL Bright, intuitive LED display and rotary knobs allow you to fine-tune the speed between 3,000 and 25,000 rpm. Clear speed information on a black background aids visibility in all conditions. SAFE AND RESISTANT Safety features ensure maximum operator protection. For example, once the set point speed has been set, the OV 625 Digital will reach it gradually. In addition, various alarms warn the user in case of overload and overtemperature. The resistant and hermetic structure allows correct operation even in the most difficult conditions. Warranty up to 3 years. For maximum comfort, choose the model with the double pole stand. CHOOSE THE SUITABLE ACCESSORY Choosing the right dispersing tool is essential to achieve maximum performance and high reproducibility. VELP dispersion tools are made of stainless steel (316L) and equipped with a PTFE seal, to be compatible with different types of samples and reagents. To handle different fluids, different dispersion tools are required. In some applications it is necessary to use two dispersing tools in order to achieve a final fineness level from coarse to fine. Thanks to a knob and a quick fastening system, inserting and changing the dispersion tool is simple and fast: in seconds you can switch from one application to the next. FOCUS ON THE PRODUCT What is a disperser? The disperser can be called in several different ways: homogenizer; Cell Lysor, High Shear Mixer, Polytron, Stator Rotor Homogenizer, Sonicizer or Tissue Tear. The various nomenclatures are due to the various uses of this tool and you have different results that can be obtained through the accessories. Essentially, a disperser is used to create a uniform mixture by forcing the sample through a narrow, confined space. Blade homogenizers, such as Velp's OV 625 Digital, use the blades as a rotor for dispersing. How does it work? The dispersing tool consists of a rotor rotating at high speed inside a stationary stator. The area between the rotor tip and the stator slot is called the shear gap. Thanks to the high circumferential velocity, the fluid is drawn axially into the dispersion head and forced radially through the cutting gap, breaking up the particles.

Genevac Rocket Synergy Centrifugal Evaporator Concentrator FL601 Chiller System 6x450ml-cover
Genevac Rocket Synergy Centrifugal Evaporator Concentrator FL601 Chiller System 6x450ml

Manufacturer: Genevac Model: Rocket Synergy Evaporator with Vacuum Pump and Julabo FL601 Chiller P/N (more): RKTS-23050-SNN S/N: RK0488 MfG: November 2015 Descripton: The Rocket Evaporator is designed to dry or concentrate up to six 450ml flasks, or 18 ASE® tubes. The user is able to focus on other tasks, confident that the Rocket will achieve perfect, reproducible results every time. The Rocket Evaporator is equipped with the advanced performance features that Genevac users expect, such as effective bumping and cross contamination protection, precise temperature regulation and very easy to use controls. A two stage cold trap is built into the Rocket Evaporator, providing very high levels of solvent recovery, even with volatile organic solvents. The cold trap auto-drains under the control of the evaporator to ensure that optimal solvent recovery is maintained, no matter what mix of solvents is being used. The Rocket Evaporator can be used either to dry samples completely, or to concentrate them to a small volume. To help achieve the best results in the desired sample format, there are several options: 1) Evaporation Flasks: These are for drying or concentrating samples – if dried, samples require re-dissolving and then removing via pipette. 450ml volume. 2) SampleGenie™ Flasks: For a wide range of vials, from 12mm to 28mm diameter and up to 70mm tall. The SampleGenie system allows drying of the sample directly into the storage vial. 250ml (plus vial) volume. 3) SampleGenie™ for GC Vials: Specifically for concentrating into GC autosampler vials, this special version of SampleGenie insulates the vial so that only the solvent in the flask evaporates, leaving a small volume in the vial. 4) Puck for ASE® Tubes: The Puck insert replaces the flasks and allows up to 18 ASE® tubes to be evaporated at one time. 5) Flip-Flop system: Samples are collected directly from the extraction system in the special double-ended tube. A SampleGenie adaptor with GC vial is then fitted. The tube is flipped over and placed into the Puck in the Rocket Evaporator and the cap removed. The samples are then concentrated directly into the GC vial.Specifications: Mechanical dataMaximum speed: 1800rpmMaximum G-force: 700gDrive system: Direct driveMaximum Sample load: 6 x 450mlMaximum imbalance: 50g Vacuum systemPressure display: 0-1200mbarPressure control: Automatic, 3mbar to atmosphereSystem ultimate vacuum: 3mbarBumping protection: Dri-Pure® Temperature and controlControl range: Ambient +5°C to 60°CControl accuracy: ±1°CTemperature sensing: via thermistorDisplay range: 0°C to 60°CEnd of method: Time or automaticVisualisation: Via built in strobe (optional) Solvent compatibilityBoiling point range: 40°C to 160°C at ambientIncludes: Alcohols, DCM/methylene chloride, DMF, ethyl acetate, water, TFA HCl: Not compatibleDi-ethyl ether: Only with Inert Gas Purge option DimensionsWidth x Depth x Height: 720 x 640 x 530mmHeadspace required: 755mm (lid open)Weight: 75kgMains: 230V (±10%), 50Hz, 13A Specifications Julabo FL601 Chiller/Cold Trap: Width x Depth x Height : 320 x 500 x 600mmWeight: 48kgCooling Power: 500W at 10°C Items delivered: - Genevac Rocket Evaporator - Julabo FL601 Chiller / Cold Trap- (1) Rocket Evaporator- 6x Flask Plugs- Condenser Drain Tubing- Waste Jug- Connection Cable RS232- 6x Glass Flasks w/ Collar & Pad- 1x Balance Nest- Flask Rack- Instruction Manual as PDF via E-Mail The Genevac Rocket Evaporator is in excellent cosmetic as well as technical condition - 100% functional tested.
