The Evaluation™ system is a versatile, multiplex platform designed for the simultaneous analysis of 1 to 16 samples. It accommodates a diverse range of liquefied matrices, including blood, cerebrospinal fluid, stool, and tissue extracts. This advanced platform employs barcoded microparticles to determine the specific capture molecules that can be attached. Each population of microparticles is distinguished by unique barcodes, characterized by the presence or absence of holes, facilitating the detection of individual assays—one code corresponds to one assay. When combined within a single microfluidic channel, these codes create a multiplex assay environment capable of processing up to 150 analytes per channel. The system is adept at reading the barcode of each particle, simultaneously linking it to a fluorescent signal that intensifies as target analytes bind, ensuring precise and reliable assay results.
