This Thermo Scientific Histostar Tissue Embedding Centre was removed from a university lab where it  (more)was surplus to requirements. The unit powers on and has been tested. It is in working order. The screen is slightly faulty but is still readable. There are lines through the display. The wax melting tank and lights have been tested and are working. It is in reasonably good cosmetic condition but has some marks from use. There are some trays of accessories included.

This Buchi GKR-50 Glass Tube Drying Oven was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to r (more)equirements. The unit powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included). We set the temperature to around 37˚c on the dial and the thermometer went up to 35˚c. We then turned it up to 100˚c, and the thermometer read 80˚c, finally, we turned it up to 200˚c and the thermometer reached 167˚c. It is in reasonably poor cosmetic condition and has lots of marks from use as well as rust.
