The Isogen Life Science Optigo 650 Gel Documentation System offers a resolution of 1392 x 1040 pixels, ensuring the capture of clear and detailed images. It features an exposure time range from 0.001 to 10 seconds, allowing flexibility for different imaging requirements. While the image sensor does not include cooling, it supports a 16-bit depth for high image clarity. Equipped with a 6x electronic optical zoom and electronic iris control, the system provides precise image adjustments. Although it lacks electronic focus control, it includes an image position system and offers five emission filter positions.
The transilluminator size of 210 x 260 mm accommodates various sample sizes, and the white light top illumination enhances visibility. While it does not have an automatic door lock, it offers user-friendly controls for contrast, brightness, and flat fielding, enabling superior image quality. Additional features include saturation indication and a wide image addition range from 1 to 25x, with addition intervals from 0 to 20 minutes.
With dimensions of 520 x 452 x 487 mm and a weight of 42 kg, this system is robust yet manageable. It is equipped with essential software but does not include a UV unit, making it a focused tool for non-UV applications.
