The Invitrogen Qubit Fluorometer employs state-of-the-art illumination and detection technology to provide unparalleled sensitivity, allowing accurate results with samples as small as 1 µL, even if they are highly diluted. It boasts a dynamic range of five orders of magnitude, supported by blue and red LED light sources with maxima at approximately 460 nm and 635 nm, respectively. Photodiode detectors cover a wide range from 300 to 1000 nm. Calibration is versatile with 2 or 3 point standard options, and the instrument uses 500 µL clear tubes.
