Featuring a 12.5 mm x 12.5 mm cuvette shaft, this model is not temperature-controlled but is optimized for accurate readings. Compatible cuvettes must have a minimum overall height of 36 mm with the light beams set at a height of 8.5 mm for precise measurement. The light bundle within the cuvette is crafted with a width of 1 mm and a height of 1.5 mm to ensure accurate absorbance, concentration, and ratio determination.
The device is operated via 19 foil keys on a user-friendly keypad, and results are displayed on an illuminated graphic display measuring 33 mm x 60 mm, providing clear and immediate visualization of data. This BioPhotometer is an essential instrument for researchers requiring reliable and precise spectral analysis.
