Elga PURELAB flex 3 Water Purification System

The Elga PURELAB flex 3 Water Purification System is designed to deliver high-purity water, making it an essential piece of laboratory equipment for ensuring reliable results. With a daily volume capability of less than 10 liters, it can dispense water at a flow rate of up to 2.0 liters per minute. The reverse osmosis system ensures a make-up flow rate of 10 liters per hour at 15°C.

The system provides an impressive 18.2 MΩ.cm inorganics resistance at 25°C, maintaining a low total organic carbon (TOC) level of less than 5 ppb, ensuring top-notch water quality. Bacterial contamination is kept to a minimum with levels lower than 0.001 CFU/ml, alongside a bacterial endotoxin presence of less than 0.001 EU/ml. It also efficiently controls RNase and DNase levels to less than 1 pg/ml and 5 pg/ml respectively.

The system operates using potable tap water as its source, with a maximum allowable free chlorine level of 0.5 ppm. It maintains TOC below 2 ppm and carbon dioxide around 30 ppm (with a recommended level below 20 ppm). Suitable for a wide range of temperatures (4 – 40°C, with a recommended range of 10 – 15°C), the system can manage flow rates up to 75 liters per hour and drains up to 90 liters per hour. It functions within a feedwater pressure range of 2 to 6 bar.

Compact in size, with dimensions of 1020 x 236 x 470 mm and a relatively lightweight construction of 23 kg, the PURELAB flex 3 is an effective solution for precise laboratory needs, excluding new filters.
