Key Features:

- Fabricated entirely from galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 1-1.5mm, cold bent in a Gray RAL7035 finish

- The external construct boasts an acid-resistant epoxy resin, briskly heated via a thermal tunnel at 200°C

- Cabinet insulation is encapsulated by high-density rock wool and calcium sulphate panels

- Internally, the cabinet is clad with melamine panels to endure exposure to chemical and aggressive vapours

- Designed to allow the accessibility for necessary spare part replacements

- Automated door closing mechanism activates when room temperature exceeds 50°C

- Integrated with 30mm heat-expanding insulating gaskets which ensure optimum sealing of the cabinet upon temperature surge in adherence to EN14470-1 standards

- A circulation system with air inlet and outlet possessing fire dampers that terminate all ducts upon temperatures above 70°C based on DIN 4102-6 regulations

- Arranged for ventilation using a Ø 100 mm flange either for an external connection or a filtered ventilation system

- A closing and locking system is established to keep cabinet doors open but conveniently programmed to automatically close when ambient temperature is above 50°C

- The doors are fortified with an anti-spark hinge to assure robustness
