The system operates with a heated drying chamber, similar to a convection oven, and can dry mini gels in 45 minutes or larger 20×20 cm gels in 60 minutes, surpassing traditional dryers that require vacuum pumps. Drying times are influenced by gel percentage and thickness. Capable of holding up to four drying frames concurrently, the system includes a fully adjustable timer from 0 to 3 hours and offers modes for fan only, fan with heat, or off. The dryer dimensions are 27x43x30 cm with a weight of 8 kg. Each drying frame accommodates 20×20 cm gels with molded polycarbonate and stainless-steel construction, and the system is equipped with drying frames, clamps, an assembly table, and cellophane supports. This comprehensive setup ensures reliability and efficiency for all lab gel drying requirements.
