The Ettan IPGphor Isoelectric Focusing System performs first dimension isoelectric focusing (IEF) in (more) 2-dimensional (2-D) electrophoresis. The system comprises Immobiline DryStrip gel strips, which contain an immobilized pH gradient (IPG); strip holders, which serve as both rehydration and IEF chambers for the IPG strips; and the Ettan IPGphor unit, which includes a high-voltage DC power supply, solid state temperature control, and can be programmed with up to ten user-defined IEF protocols. Proline heating thermostat with tank Proline clear-view LAUDA thermostats have been designed for dir (more)ect observation of objects. They are ideal for use with LAUDA Scientific PVS or iVisc automatic viscometer, as the necessary temperature stability for precise viscosity determination is ensured over the entire temperature range. In addition, the two-chamber principle always guarantees a constant liquid level in the measuring chamber, regardless of the volume and temperature of the medium. PVL models with five layers of insulating glass are suitable for low temperature measurements down to -40° or -60°C when a low temperature chiller or thermostat is connected.These thermostats are available with two different control units. The Master version is designed for all applications where the parameters are not changed very often.
