Agilent 35900E Multichannel Series II Dual Channel Interface 400N J4100A Card

Manufacturer: Agilent Model: 35900E Series II Dual Channel Interface S/N: CN00002057 Description: Th (more)e Agilent 35900E Series II Dual Channel Interface (35900E Series II) is a dual-channel, run-buffered interface that connects analytical instruments to Agilent data systems. It converts the analog signal from analytical instruments to digital data and transmits it to the host computer for further processing. The 35900E Series II is intended for use with both Agilent and non-Agilent manufactured laboratory instruments with a two-dimensional analog output. Dual Channel or Single Channel Functionality: In dual channel operation, the Agilent 35900E provides two channels of data acquisition to a single device. In this mode, the Agilent 35900E is configured as part of a single instrument. It is capable of communicating with other devices with Start, Stop, and Ready outputs. A dual-channel configuration has a common start/stop button set, a common APG Remote bus, and two sets of digital I/O ports. In single channel mode, the Agilent 35900E operates as two independent single channel interfaces, each channel normally assigned to a different instrument. In single Channel configuration each channel has independent start/stop buttons, an APG Remote bus , 8 TTL I/O pin states, and an A/D converter for a single analog signal. Features: - Data buffering- Two independent analog-to-digital (A/D) converters, or dual channel synchronous- Real-time control- Instrument control ports- Host communication- Front panel indicators that show run status, interface activity, etc. Specifications: - Analog Dynamic Range: >140 dB (<2Hz) typical- Input Signal Range: 18 mV to +1.0 Volt- Input Noise: 40 nV RMS typical (Max. 150 nV RMS) 15 Hz Bandwidth- Resolution: 24 Bit- Common-mode Rejection: 140 dB min., dc to 100Hz- Data Acquisition Rate: 0.1 to 100 Hz- Monotonicity: 24 Bits, 0.004% FS typical- Power: 115/230 VAC 50-60 Hz 135 Watts- Dimensions (H x D x W): 104 x 285 x 325 mm Items delivered: - Agilent 35900E Series II Dual Channel Interface- Instruction Manual as PDF via E-Mail request Condition: The item is in used but very good cosmetic as well as technical condition. Micromeritics AquaPrep Particle Size Analysis Water Preparation System-cover
Micromeritics AquaPrep Particle Size Analysis Water Preparation System

Particle size measurement instruments typically employ deionized or even untreated water as a suspen (more)sion medium for particle dispersion during analysis. Usually, this water contains undesirable levels of dissolved gases, most often those commonly present in the atmosphere. During analysis, these gases can come out of solution, forming minute bubbles that can have important effects on the analytical results. Regardless of the relative size of the bubbles, their presence distorts the reported distribution of sizes; it also degrades the repeatability of analyses. The more powerful the analyzer, the more pronounced these effects can be. When using a highly sensitive instrument such as the Micromeritics Saturn DigiSizer, removal of the dissolved gases (that subsequently lead to bubble formation) is therefore extremely desirable for obtaining the most accurate particle size data possible. The Micromeritics AquaPrep is a highly-effective system for freeing water of dissolved gases for use with the Saturn DigiSizer. The AquaPrep recirculates water through a hydrophobic capsule consisting of many thin-walled capillaries. A vacuum pump provides low pressure on the outside of the capillaries, causing a diffusion of dissolved air from the water through the capillary walls and into the vacuum pump. The air removed from the water is subsequently exhausted through a small tube at the front of the instrument, which is connected to a bubbler-type apparatus for performance monitoring. During typical operation, the AquaPrep can prepare approximately 5 liters of water for analysis in less than 2 hours. Because air bubbles scatter light as do particles, the AquaPrep enhances even further the high-accuracy analysis of small particles. Its compact, rugged, and reliable design make it ideal for use in a wide variety of aqueous particlesizing applications.

The strengths of Peltier technology are the scalability of the cooling elements, the possibility of operating anywhere, its reliability and precise power control. Furthermore, the Peltier elements work without moving parts and therefore without vibrations or noise. One of the main advantages compared to traditional compressors is that no flammable or environmentally harmful refrigerants are used and in general, the whole system is much simpler, avoiding breakdowns. To find out more, we recommend the Wikipedia page Thermoelectric cooler. In particular, for incubation, Peltier cells bring several advantages: Zero vibration - Through the use of Peltier cells, the vibrations previously generated by the compressor are eliminated. Minimal fluctuation and variation: excellent fluctuation, variation and short time to reach the set temperature. Lighter design with more space: Peltier cooling system reduces the overall size of the instrument and its weight. Ecological: Peltier technology is simple and does not use substances harmful to the environment. Below are simple operating diagrams of the ILP incubators during cooling and heating. ILP SMART SERIES The ILP series with Peltier cooling offers you four models, from 56 to 749 liters of internal volume.
