Water bath from 25°C to 100°C for the laboratory The water baths of the LAUDA Hydro series are the i (more)deal tools for any laboratory application, whether biological, medical or biochemical and guarantee a homogeneous temperature distribution without overheating problems. High quality stainless steel and thoughtful design, provide the ideal depth and opening for any application with bathroom volumes from 4 to 41 liters. All water baths offer a temperature range up to 100°C, with a temperature stability of ±0.1K, so that applications even in the boiling range are possible. A TFT color display ensures intuitive operation with temperature display in °C and °F. The 'A' models (Agitation: H 8 A; H 16 A) have a magnetic stir bar liquid circulation system as standard, to improve temperature uniformity. Application examples - Preparation of cellular, biological or medical samples - Microbiological test incubation - Thawing of the samples - Conducting chemical reactions Notable features - Three timer functions for the user - Electric resistance inside the tank - Direct temperature control for fast and precise heating - Visual and acoustic alarm in case of lack of water, low / high temperature and sensor break - Digital and electromechanical safety system - Lid designed to prevent condensation from dripping onto samples - Exhaust valve on all models Standard equipment - Lid and drain tap in heat-insulating double-walled stainless steel Accessories available Water level regulator. Highest quality materials: tank interior, lid, sieve and heating element made of stainless steel. Heat insulating lid in stainless steel, double walled with internal curvature to guide the condensate. Dump valve on all Hydro Lauda models. Simple control panel with large TFT display with extensive information; change settings and navigate quickly and easily. Optical and acoustic alarm for low water level and over/under temperature as well as sensor breakage/short circuit. Optimized space, safety and comfort of use. Connection for water level regulator (available as accessory). Water circulation The circulation system guarantees optimal temperature distribution throughout the tub. It is managed by a magnetic electric motor which transmits the rotation to a PTFE-coated stirrer in the tank. The agitator draws the water towards the center and then distributes it to the rest of the tank. The water circulation is activated via the main switch. Recommended accessories - Water level regulator. The water regulator located on the back of the bain-marie is used to maintain costant the set water level during water loss due to evaporation. Furthermore, it allows use at temperatures below ambient temperatures, with a minimum of approx. 3°C above tap water temperature.

Are you overwhelmed by the number of production processes? What about having them all under control? (more) To be able to analyse and correct them in real time? After all, it is the key to increasing the efficiency of the production line! Our clients, the factory owners, were the ones who told us about their problems and needs. Our answer is simple: the E2R System. This software is designed to make your work easier. The E2R System consists of six independent modules: 1. E2R Weighing, 2. E2R Weighing Records, 3. E2R Formulations, 4. E2R PGC, 5. E2R Checkweigher, 6. E2R Moisture Analyzer. Choose the best module for your company. Need more information? With the E2R PGC module, you can: safely and continuously record measurements and controls at the weighing workstations; buffer the weighings and controls on the scales and transmit them to the computer; carry out product controls in grams and millilitres; carry out destructive and non-destructive controls; automate the control process; control operator errors; support dual-platform scales; carry out two controls at one weighing workstation; synchronise time of the weighing workstations; transfer the “Products”, “Operators” and “Schedules” databases from the computer to the scales; schedule a cyclic product control on the selected scales; set a reminder to take a measurement in an ongoing control with the possibility of using a signalling option; check correctness and determine tare thanks to the average tare module; determine the average tare before each control or at the set interval; record weighings and controls taken from the scales into the computer; monitor the status of scales and controls in the system; disable the measurement recording for tare outside the tolerance range; disable the recording of the net mass measurement outside the tolerance range; exchange data with external systems; use friendly and flexible reporting mechanisms, such as: - generating information on measurements and archived controls from a particular time interval, - data browsing using filtering option, - a summary of selected weighing-related information, - reporting of individual weighings, - determining headers of individual weighing reports, - generating weighing statistics reports, - changing the batch quantity in the control to meet the statutory ranges criteria, - changing the batch number in the control, - adding individual comments to the control report. - export control and weighing reports to files: PDF, HTML, MHT, RTF, XLS, XLSX, CSV, TXT and more; customize the permission levels for different users of the system; customize the graphical interface, reports and graphs; work with external software for stockpiling, billing, accounting, and ERP systems; work with RADWAG weighing systems; select the language of each of the system components; work almost anywhere over Ethernet and Wi-Fi.
