The LITHIUMSAFE 90.Z with QUARANTINE CHEMISAFE is a 2024 model safety cabinet built in Italy for the secure storage of lithium batteries, certified to EN 14470-1 and EN 16121 standards (TYPE 90).

Construction:
- Electro-galvanized, cold-pressed steel sheets of 1/1.5/2 mm thickness
- Anti-acid epoxy powder coating cured at 200°C
- Insulation: 800°C resistant, high-density (300 Kg/m³) calcium silicate and mineral fiber panels (fibroceramic-free), fixed with ceramic glue
- Internal panels made of fireproof melamine laminate resistant to aggressive vapors

Safety Features:
- Self-closing valves (air ducts) certified for 90 min at 70°C
- 100 mm ventilation opening on top
- Anti-spark hinges with brass pin for door stability
- 3 cm thermo-expanding gasket (DIN 4102 compliant)
- Three perforated shelves (1094x420x39 mm) in QUARANTINE version (vs. 4 shelves in standard)
- Bottom cup compliant with EN14470 requirements
- Earth terminal to prevent static discharge
- Height-adjustable feet
- Palletized base for ease of movement
