Introducing the CHEMISAFE CSB62 Modular Storage Cabinet

This storage solution, perfect for housing chemicals, is meticulously sculpted from a robust 15/10 mm electrogalvanized steel sheet through precise cold bending techniques.

The cabinet is safeguarded with an external finishing of acid-resistant epoxy resin that is 90-micron thick, and is taken through a thermal process at a temperature of 200°C to ensure maximum durability.

The key to its rigid structure lies in its monocoque design, meticulously crafted and furnished with feet for aligning the cabinets at ease. The cabinet is divided into two separate compartments to store different categories of non-inflammable chemicals without risk of cross reaction.

The simple, single-layer swing doors open at a 110° angle offering ample accessibility while allowing for practical functionality with the inclusion of a lock and key system. An external zip, fashioned from corrosion-resistant plastic, accentuates the durability of the cabinet.

Each compartment is fitted with fixed retention shelves, available in painted, plasticized or stainless steel variants and features adjustable heights for maximum storage flexibility. A connection collar of Ø 125mm is integrated into the design, alongside standardized pictograms in line with ISO 3864 for user convenience.

Included in the package are two plasticized steel shelves for the ACID compartment and two stainless steel shelves for the BASES compartment. The maximum load in each is 40 Kg when spread evenly.

Optional add-ons include additional shelves, a timer, a plinth, a retention tank, a door opening alarm, ventilation and a filter to tailor the cabinet to the specific requirements of each laboratory.
