The Telstar Bio II Advance 6 Biological Safety Cabinet features an intuitive display with color-coded indicators for immediate cabinet status recognition. A green screen signifies safe conditions, red denotes an out-of-specification status, and yellow indicates decontamination in progress. The main screen visually displays laminar flow speed and filter clogging status, ensuring optimal performance.

The cabinet offers an Ecomode function, allowing reduced operation speed with a single click, safeguarding samples while minimizing energy use, sound, and heat emission. Additional display functions include constant airflow status information, including laminar flow speed, extraction rate, and inflow speed. A timer allows for scheduling the activation of fans and UV light.

The cabinet incorporates a secure, two-tier password system (user and technical service) and acoustic and visual alarms to alert users to situations such as incorrect laminar flow speed, insufficient exhaust rate, and open front window. An interlocked UV lamp system ensures safety with the window closed.
