Description from the supplier

Introducing the LAUDA PRO – a groundbreaking range of laboratory equipment, architected to perform as the sophisticated tools of future labs. A key advancement found in this range is the delineation between thermostats tailored for internal applications and those engineered for external ones. Furthermore, the introduction of compact, minimal capacity tanks enables researchers to achieve their target temperature swiftly.

The control panels follow modern design principles, offering two utilitarian variants — Basic and Command Touch (also referred to as 'C'). The Basic version features an OLED screen and a simplistic yet professional interface, while the Command Touch symbolises the pinnacle of LAUDA technology, featuring a touch screen, graphic displays, and an array of functional options. In either selection, the control panel can be detached from the thermostat, increasing operational flexibility while minimizing the instrument's height.

Standard features across all thermostat varieties include an Ethernet and USB interface, as well as a standard Pt100 connection. Moreover, cooling thermostats with environmentally-friendly refrigerants are available, equipped with a cooling system that enables a decrease in thermostat temperature using water.

  • Detachable control panel to facilitate remote operation
  • Insulated stainless steel tubs inclusive of handles and drain tap
  • 8-stage LAUDA Vario internal pump
  • Standard Ethernet interface, USB, and Pt100 connections
  • Front-facing drain valve for easy access and operation

ECO REJ 1225 G LAUDA Calibration thermostat-cover
ECO REJ 1225 G LAUDA Calibration thermostat

Calibration and regulation of temperatures from -25 to 200°C with LAUDA calibration thermostats The  (more)ECO calibration thermostat is designed for the specific needs of laboratories that carry out calibration and regulation work on a daily basis. The equipment was specially developed for the precise calibration of thermometers, such as industrial platinum resistance thermometers, temperature probes, thermocouples or electrical thermometers. Liquid calibration baths are considered the most stable temperature source and offer the greatest consistency for comparative calibration of temperature probes and sensors in a laboratory. LAUDA calibration thermostats are specially equipped for the calibration of glass thermometers or electric thermometers; they are an ideal solution compared to heat cabinets and metal block thermostats, as these thermostats transfer heat into the thermoregulation liquid 40 to 60 times better than through the air. The LAUDA ECO REJ 1225 G calibration thermostat is ideal for calibrating glass thermometers or electric thermometers. DISPLAY AND CONTROL The thermostat can be easily and flexibly integrated into your existing work processes thanks to a variety of interfaces, including Profibus, Ethernet or Pt100/LiBus. The large color TFT display offers a clear overview at a glance and allows you to program a variety of temperature curves, which are automatically processed by the thermostat to support your daily laboratory work. - Color TFT display for simultaneous indication of actual and set values and temperature profile graph - Intuitive menu navigation in simple language - Simple entry via cursor and function keys. Additional Tmax button for overtemperature protection - Fully electronic stepless controller with PID action - USB interface as standard - Upgradeable with Pt 100/LiBus module for external control and remote control via command console - Programmer with 150 temperature/time segments separable into 5 programs CONSTRUCTION AND BATH - Thermostatic calibration bath with the latest microprocessor technology and integrated cooling system - Safety class III for operation with flammable and non-flammable liquids. - Too high temperature protection adjustable via menu - Pump with six adjustable power levels - Easy flow control between internal and external circulation - 2 separate chamber design for a constant level in the thermostating chamber - Vertical adjustment for calibration chamber overflow - Stainless steel bath with drain valve Why LAUDA thermostats? Calibration applications require thermostats that maintain a constant, temperature-independent liquid level. To achieve this, LAUDA uses a two-chamber tank, the temperature chamber and the operation chamber, also known as the usable space or buffer chamber. A unit pumps fluid from the heat chamber to the application chamber where, if it is overfilled, it has the potential to overflow back into the heat chamber. The cylindrical working chamber is height adjustable, which makes it possible to adjust the immersion height. The thermometers, completely immersed, can therefore be read directly at the point of immersion. Furthermore, the separate calibration chamber ensures constant immersion depth, regardless of liquid volume expansion, excellent temperature stability of ±0.02 K and homogeneous temperature distribution. Standard accessories - 2 screw caps, 2 closing caps - 1 bath cover Performance graph of the pressure pump on the six levels. GREEN TECHNOLOGY The LAUDA ECO calibration thermostat uses refrigerants compliant with the European regulation on fluorinated gases. Furthermore, the REJ 1225 G is optionally available with natural refrigerants.

Branson CPX1800H Digital Heated Ultrasonic Cleaner-cover
Branson CPX1800H Digital Heated Ultrasonic Cleaner

Branson CPX1800H Digital Heated Ultrasonic CleanerFeatures - Sweep frequency eliminates standing wav (more)es and creates consistent cavitation throughout the tank. - 40 kHz rugged industrial transducers. - 99-minute digital timer and continuous ultrasonic operation. - Can be heated up to 69°C/156.2°F and set for either Fahrenheit or Celsius. - Last stored parameters are recalled when unit is turned back on. The fully digital control screen allows the user to quickly and effortlessly select control settings, power level, and ultrasonic duration. Bransonic baths completely remove flux and contaminants from such precision parts as PC boards, SMDs, quartz crystals, capacitors, and many others. Branson ultrasonic cleaners can also be used in laboratory applications for cell separation, cell lysing, mixing, emulsifying, sample preparation, and degassing of liquids. Bransonic CPXH heated ultrasonic baths are the most technologically advanced ultrasonic baths available. With programmable features, digital operation with power tracking capabilities to adjust for light or heavy loads, high/low power control, and degassing, the CPXH is the most versatile system available. The CPXH degassing period can be set up to 99 minutes. Extended degas time periods allow for “beyond cleaning” applications such as sample preparation, which includes degassing liquids, mixing and homogenization, dissolving solids, cell lysing, and dispersion of particles. Constant activity/power tracking automatically maintains the same ultrasonic power by adjusting for changes in liquid level and temperature caused by a light or heavy load. This helps ensure more uniform cleaning and consistent performance, even with multiple users or when bath conditions change. Consult with your Branson representative about the Bransonic accessories and solution best suited for your application needs. The CPXH Series is completely programmable. Once the process is entered into the controller, the end user only has to start the program and they are free to leave the unit on its own to do the job. The programmable process allows the process engineer to choose the temperature set point at which the degassing and ultrasonic time periods are triggered to begin. Once the CPXH ultrasonic run time period is reached, the unit shuts off, delivering the same results – every time. When the process temperature reaches the programmable set point, the ultrasonic cycle begins. This includes selectable times for both degas and ultrasonic processing. When cleaning delicate parts, the CPXH allows the user to lower the amplitude of the acoustic energy in the bath: 100% power to the tank for normal applications, 70% power for delicate applications. Manipulating the output waveform in this manner greatly helps to avoid damage to the components in the bath during the ultrasonic process.
