The Peak Scientific Acrion N2 Nitrogen Generator is engineered for optimal performance, delivering nitrogen precisely when needed. The system automatically responds to the gas flow requirements of connected applications, initiating and ceasing nitrogen production in alignment with demand. Its intuitive design ensures seamless operation, promptly resuming nitrogen delivery upon detecting renewed demand.

Installation and Environment Considerations

The generator is intended exclusively for indoor use. Ideally installed in proximity to the applications it serves, it can also be positioned remotely. However, care must be taken to minimize pipe lengths to prevent pressure drops. Environmental factors, such as ambient conditions and proximity to air conditioning outlets, may impact performance. It is crucial to maintain an air circulation gap of at least 75mm (3 inches) on both sides and at the rear of the unit to ensure optimal functioning. Effortless Operation

The Acrion Air Compressor is meticulously designed to require minimal operator intervention. Once installed per specified guidelines and maintained according to recommended service intervals, activation is as straightforward as switching it on. The compressor autonomously maintains factory-set flow and pressure levels tailored for the Acrion Nitrogen Generator. A built-in timer periodically stops the compressor to expel moisture, while a pressure switch with predefined limits manages operation. Indicators provide clear visual feedback: a blue LED signifies adequate pressure, while a yellow LED indicates insufficient pressure.

On-Demand Air Supply

Equipped to supply compressed air as needed, the system responds promptly to demands from connected applications. It halts upon reaching the upper pressure threshold but will restart automatically if pressure falls below set levels, ensuring consistent support for application requirements.

Installation and Usage Environment

Designed for indoor applications, the air compressor should ideally be installed next to the supported applications. Remote installation is possible yet requires careful consideration of pipe run lengths to avoid pressure loss. Like the generator, the compressor’s performance can be influenced by environmental conditions, particularly near air conditioning outlets that may create areas of elevated humidity. An air clearance of 75mm (3 inches) should be preserved around the unit to facilitate airflow. Please refer to the drawings for spatial planning and ensure the unit is easily disconnectable from the mains supply if needed.
