The Agilent 1260 Infinity II LC System w/ VWD is a liquid chromatograph designed for ultra-fast, high-resolution separation with precise and reproducible results. Key technical features include:

- Pressure Range: 0 to 600 bar (0 to 60 MPa) at 5 mL/min
- Pump: Quaternary pump compatible with HPLC and UHPLC columns (2.1, 3, 4.6 mm ID), flow rates up to 10 mL/min
- Multisampler: Handles vials and microtiter plates; features multiwash reducing carryover to < 9 ppm using triple solvent flushing and seat back flush
- Detector: Variable Wavelength Detector with dual-wavelength detection, time-programmable wavelength switching, low noise (< ± 2.5 AU), low baseline drift (< 1 x 10^-4 AU/h), and fast data rate (up to 120 Hz)
- Thermostat: Multicolumn Thermostat (MCT) with controlled temperature range from Ambient -10°C to 85°C, supports bio-inert heat exchangers and valves for bio-inert applications
- Additional Features: Integrated four-channel degasser, gradient mixing with high-speed proportioning valve, InfinityLab Quick-Connect fittings supporting up to four columns
- Software Control: Full control via Agilent OpenLab CDS software for data acquisition, analysis, instrument operation, and automation
