The Agilent 1260 Infinity II HPLC G7167A Multisampler is a compact, multipurpose autosampler designed for high-throughput HPLC analysis. It supports both vials and microplates and operates at injection pressures up to 800 bar.
- Injection range: 0.1 to 100 µL (optional 20 to 40 µL) in 0.1 µL increments
- Injection precision: < 0.2% RSD or SD < 10 nL
- Maximum pressure: 800 bar
- Sample capacity: Up to 6,144 samples within a standard Agilent LC stack footprint
- Unique dual-needle design: Reduces cycle time by overlapping sample runs and injection cycles
- Multiwash capability: Lowers carryover to less than 9 ppm
- Internal robotics: Automates movement of microtiter plates and sample containers from storage to injection station
- Cycle time: Less than 10 seconds under standard conditions
- Additional features:
- Two differently optimized injectors in one to handle various injection volumes efficiently
- Status lights on each sample drawer for easy monitoring of loading and activity
