This Qiagen QIAcube Nucleic Acid Purification System was removed from a university lab where it was  (more)surplus to requirements. The unit powered up and we were able to run some pre-set programs. It ran these tests well. The lab has confirmed that it was functional prior to removal. We ran a centrifuge program for 3 minutes which ran smoothly and we ran a shaker program for 1 minute which ran smoothly. It is in good cosmetic condition with minor marks from use. This Beckman Coulter Biomek NXp Laboratory Automation Workstation was removed from a university lab  (more)where it was surplus to requirements. Everything powers up and the system is in good cosmetic condition with some marks from use. There appears to be an issue with at least one of the injectors. When we attempt to 'home' the robot head it will start to home the various parts, then stall and with an error code 'error homing: Y2 Axis error: Motion error; the axis was unable to perform the specified move. (0100) We believe the issue is with the #2 injector side-to-side motor. The up-and-down motor appears to run well. This error makes it impossible to home the system.
