The Atoll MediaScout ResiQuot is a vacuum manifold designed for precise and reproducible dispensing of aliquots from solids or suspensions, such as chromatography media, into standard 96-well microplates. It facilitates batch mode determination of chromatographic parameters and other experimental applications.

Handles very small amounts of media with higher accuracy than pipetting, especially with materials prone to sticking or rapid settling

Aliquots are aspirated via vacuum into 96 cylindrical holes on a metal perforated plate

Aliquots are released into microplate wells using a separate pusher tool (not included) featuring 96 cylindrical spikes matching the perforated plate holes

Excess solids in perforated plate holes can be recovered for additional aliquots

Technical features of the manifold assembly:
- Lower plate acts as vacuum chamber with connector and stainless steel frit holder sealed by gasket
- Vacuum suction only through stainless steel frit
- Alignment guaranteed by dowel pins and secure clamping screws
- Vacuum-tight connection ensured by gasket on upper manifold edge
- Perforated plate precisely aligned to 96 larger holes in upper manifold and held by clamps
- Suspension is drawn under vacuum into perforated plate holes down to the stainless steel frit level
Note: The unit is incomplete as the pusher tool is not included and is sold as-is.
