This item includes the following rotor: Thermo Jouan High Throughput Swing-Out Rotor Model S40Max Load 2.00kgMax speed 4300 (rpm) This item ran at 4000rpm with S40 Rotor fitted.As stated in the manual, the maximum speed for a swing-out rotor on this unit is 4000 rpm.

The RPM could be set up to 6500 but the rotor would only run up to 4500rpm. It was tested with a digital thermometer (not included).When the temperature was set to 4˚c, the thermometer read 5˚cWhen the temperature was set to -4˚c (minimum) the thermometer read -5˚c There is a Rotor inside with 4 x Buckets and 2 x Yellow 50ml Adaptors. It is in reasonably good cosmetic condition but has some minor marks from use.
