This Perkin Elmer Fusion A Microplate Reader  Model: A153603 was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The system has been professionally serviced and is in full working order. The PC does continually come up with a server busy message, and we have been unable to resolve that, but there is a workaround.
The system is fitted with a 400mw laser.
The instrument is functioning fine and can run samples smoothly.
Failed PMT Dark Count (Photon Counting) - Failed due to high thermal electron current in the PMT due to high voltage in this mode. This will not affect the functionality of the instrument.
Passed PMT Dark (Charge Integration) and LED Control.
Server Busy message - This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose ‘Switch to’ to activate the busy program and correct the problem.
It is in very good cosmetic condition with only minor marks from use.

The MA.R series This series has been equipped with brand new readable LCD display providing an extra text line for information such as supplementary messages and data, e.g. product name or tare value. The moisture analyzer, using respective pictograms, signalizes currently activated mode, computer connection and functions, both balance and service ones. The MA.R series is enriched with various interfaces: RS232, USB type A, USB type B and Wi-Fi. The moisture analyzer is housed in a plastic casing. Databases: Information system of R series moisture analyzers is based on 6 databases, allowing many operators to operate product database comprising many samples. Collected measurements may be subjected to subsequent analysis.
