The CLARIOstar Plus is a state-of-the-art multi-mode microplate reader, equipped with advanced LVF Monochromators, sensitive filters, and a high-speed UV/vis spectrometer. Its enhanced dynamic range and automatic focus enable seamless detection optimization, eliminating the need for manual settings. The new Voyager interface enhances user experience by simplifying data acquisition processes for unparalleled versatility.

Featuring diverse detection modes including fluorescence intensity, fluorescence polarization, luminescence, time-resolved fluorescence, and UV/vis absorbance spectra, the CLARIOstar Plus supports top and bottom reading, endpoint and kinetic measurements, and advanced spectral scanning. It accommodates 6- to 1536-well plate formats and is compatible with robotic systems.

Utilizing a high-energy xenon flash lamp and low-noise photomultiplier tube, it ensures precise wavelength selection via Dual Linear Variable Filters and delivers a spectral range of 220 – 1000 nm. Its dynamic range extends over eight decades in a single measurement, with exceptional sensitivity across various modes.
