Memmert ICO150 CO₂/O₂ Incubator

The Memmert ICO150 CO₂/O₂ Incubator is designed to provide researchers with precise control over their incubation environment. Its working-temperature range is from 5°C above ambient temperature up to 50°C, making it versatile for a variety of laboratory applications. It features a standard sterilisation program running for 60 minutes at 180°C, allowing thorough cleansing without the need to remove sensors. Users can set temperatures between 18 to 50°C with an accuracy of 0.1°C, while dual Pt100 sensors ensure reliable monitoring and error management. Temperature variations are minimized, with chamber fluctuations limited to +/- 0.3 K and time fluctuations at +/- 0.1 K at 37°C.

The Peltier element ensures humidity control with interior relative humidity kept at 93% rh +/- 2.5%. CO₂ levels are managed digitally through a dual-beam NDIR system, featuring auto-diagnostics and acoustic fault alerts, with settings ranging from 0 to 20% and an accuracy of 0.1%. O₂ levels adjust between 1 to 20% with similar precision. The incubator supports up to 10 internal shelves, accommodating a chamber load of 120 kg, with a max of 15 kg per shelf. With internal dimensions of 560 x 700 x 400 mm and a volume of 156 liters, this 90 kg incubator effectively balances capacity and function.
