Varioshake Shaking Incubator


The Varioshake Shaking Incubator by LAUDA is recognized for its trusted reliability and engineered for enduring performance. Expertly designed to facilitate both delicate blending and vigorous shaking, these incubators are utilized in situations that demand consistent orbital movements and stable temperatures of up to +70°C.


Highly favored among standard and research laboratories, these shaking incubators excel in processes including incubation, fermentation, homogenization, as well as in chemical and biochemical reactions. They are exceptionally suited for enzyme and tissue studies, and bacterial culture cultivation.


The easy-to-navigate control panel features intuitive soft-touch keys with identifiable symbols, facilitating quick and precise settings for temperature, stirring frequency, and incubation periods. Users can confidently rely on these instruments to replicate the designated parameters accurately.


Temperature


- Superior temperature regime managed by a microprocessor, PID type with RS232 interface.

- The temperature distribution ensures an optimal equilibrium inside the chamber.

- Temperature adjustment and display: digital, LED, incremented in 0.1°C.

- Temperature range: 8°C above ambient temperature to +70°C.

- Temperature range (with cooling coil; not included): 20 to 70°C, dependent on the cooling medium utilized and prevailing ambient temperature.

- Electronic monitoring of temperature controllers triggers visual and acoustic alerts in case of an error. In such events, the heating automatically shuts down, and the root cause of the discrepancy is shown on the display.


Agitation and Incubation


- Silent and stalwart stirring device with gentle start and smooth, load-independent orbital action.

- Option to turn the orbital motion on and off.

- Control over shaking frequency and incubation duration using the microprocessor.

- The timer continuously shows the remaining incubation period and aurally signals its termination.


VS 45 OI Model Specific Features


This model houses a lift-able acrylic glass lid and features an external chassis made from electrolytically galvanized and powder-coated sheet steel. The shaker platform, constructed from aluminum, comes with 4 plastic pins to hold a vibrating tray or a universal bracket.

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22.
