The CyFlow® Ploidy Analyser by Sysmex Partec is a compact flow cytometer engineered for swift ploidy, DNA, and genome size analysis in plants, animals, and microorganisms, delivering results in just two minutes. Equipped with a UV-LED at 365 nm and/or a green laser at 532 nm, it utilizes CyStain® reagents for high-resolution DNA analysis using DAPI or propidium iodide, presenting data as a DNA histogram on-screen.
This analyzer offers cost and time efficiency, providing accurate results with a streamlined and validated workflow. An optional autosampler can handle up to two 96-well plates or 120 test tubes.
