The Bio-Rad Gene Pulser Xcell System is an advanced, versatile electroporation platform designed to achieve high transfection efficiency and viability across a wide range of cell types, including primary, suspension, and challenging-to-transfect cells such as T cells, bacteria, and fungi. This modular system includes a main unit, a capacitance extender (CE module), a pulse controller (PC module), and a ShockPod cuvette chamber.
