The Bio-Rad Wide Mini-Sub Cell GT Electrophoresis Cell is expertly redesigned to enhance the simplicity and efficiency of electrophoresis processes. This unit is ideal for applications requiring rapid screening of multiple samples, boasting a broad platform capable of separating 30 samples per comb. It retains the same width as the Sub-Cell GT Cell, allowing for the interchangeable use of comb holders, combs, and 15 x 10 cm gel trays with larger Sub-Cell GT units.
Designed to accommodate ReadyAgarose Precast Gels, the system facilitates time savings and ensures highly reproducible separations. Standard features include a buffer tank, a safety lid with cables, and a leveling bubble for accurate setup.

Gel tray dimensions: 150 x 70 mm
Compatible ReadyAgarose gel formats: Wide mini and 96 Plus
Sample throughput capacity ranges from 10 to 60.
The base buffer volume is approximately 650 ml, and there is no buffer recirculation feature. Migration of bromophenol blue is approximately 4.5 cm/h at 75 V.
