The Bio-Rad Wide Mini-Sub Cell GT Electrophoresis Cell features an updated design that simplifies electrophoresis processes. Ideal for rapid-screening applications requiring multiple samples, this system accommodates 30 samples per comb on its broad platform. With the same width as the Sub-Cell GT Cell, it allows for easy interchangeability of comb holders, combs, and 15 x 10 cm gel trays with larger Sub-Cell GT units.

Adaptable to ReadyAgarose Precast Gels for time efficiency and reliable separations, the cell includes a buffer tank, a safety lid with cables, and a leveling bubble. Measuring 178 x 255 x 68 mm, its gel tray dimensions are 150 x 70 mm. It supports ReadyAgarose gels in both wide mini and 96 Plus formats, with a sample throughput ranging from 10 to 60. The base buffer volume is approximately 650 ml, with no buffer recirculation. Observe a bromophenol blue migration rate of approximately 4.5 cm/hr at 75 V.
