- Mechanical pressure releases reagents onto iBind Flex Cards; solutions wick through a glass fiber matrix enhancing antigen-antibody interactions.
- Reduces hands-on time; results in as little as 2.5 hours with minimal setup.
- Optimizes reagent consumption, minimizing primary antibody usage.
- Compatible with various downstream detection protocols (chemiluminescent, chromogenic, fluorescent).
- Includes three interchangeable well inserts:
- Process 1 midi blot
- 2 mini blots
- 6 vertically-cut strip blots
- Designed for use with iBind Flex Solution Kits and iBind Fluorescent Detection Kits (not included).
- Note: iBind Flex Cards, iBind Fluorescent Detection Solution Kit, and iBind Flex Solution Kit are required for operation depending on detection method.
