Product Description
The Oakton 1000 Series pH/ORP controller is a microprocessor-based device designed for precise measurement and control of pH or ORP levels in industrial and water treatment processes. This panel-mounted 1/4 DIN controller features:
- Dual LCD display showing pH (or ORP) and temperature with multiple annunciators
- Two adjustable setpoints with two SPDT relays supporting lo/lo, lo/hi, hi/lo, or hi/hi control configurations
- Three control modes: On/Off, proportional pulse length, and proportional pulse frequency
- Time delay adjustment from 0 to 2000 seconds on all relays to reduce false alarms
- Separate alarm relay indicating exceeded setpoints or failed temperature sensor conditions
- Adjustable high and low hysteresis bands to prevent rapid relay switching near setpoints
- 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA transmitter/recorder output for remote monitoring and hard copy recording with galvanic isolation for EMI protection
- User-friendly menu-driven programming for simplified setup and push-button two-point calibration with auto buffer recognition
- Electrode offset adjustment accessible via keypad
- Two-tier password protection: first tier for quick calibration access, second tier for full setup changes
- LED indicators displaying control activity status remotely
- Nonvolatile memory maintaining configuration during power interruptions
- Note: pH/ORP probe sold separately
