The Beckman Coulter MoFlo Astrios EQS Flow Cytometer System, integrated with the Baker Company SterilGARD SG503HE-BC-INT hood, offers cutting-edge cell sorting capabilities in laboratories requiring biosafety level protection. All units are in commendable used cosmetic condition and power up as expected. The red laser currently necessitates replacement, but it includes lasers with specifications: 1 x 640NM - 106MW, 1 x 561NM - 202MW, 1 x 488NM - 200MW, and 1 x 405NM - 55MW (note: readings may be approximate due to faint markings).
The complete system comprises:
- MoFlo Astrios EQS main unit and lower/laser/computer section, both exhibiting normal wear but operational.
- A Thermo/Haake SC100/A28 re-circulator/chiller.
- An Intellipower UPS.
- A Jun-Air OF302 Silent Air Compressor, noted to perform normally despite the noise level typical for such devices.
Additionally, the system includes various spares and accessories, such as multiple nozzle tips.
