Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX Flow Cytometer with Computer & Dongle (2017)

The Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX V0-B3-R2 is a high-performance flow cytometer capable of measuring up to 15 parameters, including 13 for fluorescence detection. This advanced device features five channels each for its 405 nm (violet) and 488 nm (blue) lasers, and three channels for its 638 nm (red) laser, optimized for comprehensive analysis. Its violet laser offers an 80 mW output, while both blue and red lasers deliver a 50 mW output. The permanently integrated optics and quartz flow cell, with dimensions of 430 μm x 180 μm and a numerical aperture greater than 1.3, ensure precise optical alignment.

The proprietary Homodyne FSC sensor system with silicon photodiodes and a built-in 488/8 nm bandpass filter provides exceptional forward scatter detection. Included are 13 repositionable bandpass filters, enhancing flexibility in experimental setups. Scattering resolution is fine-tuned for the analysis of human lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, and nanoparticles, with performance capable of less than 300 nm side scattering resolution with the blue laser, and down to 80 nm with the violet laser.

Fluorescence resolution is achieved with an rCV of 3%, verifying alignment accuracy. Sample flow rates are adjustable, with fixed rates of 10, 30, and 60 μL/min, and user-defined settings from 10 to 240 μL/min. Absolute counts are assured through gravimetric calibration within the CytExpert software.

The device runs on 100-240 V, with a power consumption ranging from 150-250 W. Compact and robust, it measures 42.5 cm x 42.5 cm x 34 cm and weighs 23.4 kg. This fully functional system has been tested and is ready for immediate use, complete with computer and dongle for seamless integration into your laboratory workflow.
