Bruker Ultraflex TOF/TOF Mass Spectrometer This was removed from a university lab where it was surp (more)lus to requirements. The unit powers up but has not been tested further at our facility. The unit has some faults as confirmed by the lab On arrival system was in fault mode with 'laser interlock' error. Restarted the laser through marathon control and tested. The laser started to fire but then the high voltage switched off. Tested HV supplies and found that the ISS could only reach 19kv instead of the required 25kv. Suddenly the system started working again and peaks were seen on the sample BUT the system has 2 issues that are intermittent. 1. 30kv supply 2. Laser

Proline heating thermostat with tank Proline clear-view LAUDA thermostats have been designed for dir (more)ect observation of objects. They are ideal for use with LAUDA Scientific PVS or iVisc automatic viscometer, as the necessary temperature stability for precise viscosity determination is ensured over the entire temperature range. In addition, the two-chamber principle always guarantees a constant liquid level in the measuring chamber, regardless of the volume and temperature of the medium. PVL models with five layers of insulating glass are suitable for low temperature measurements down to -40° or -60°C when a low temperature chiller or thermostat is connected. These thermostats are available with two different control units. The Master version is designed for all applications where the parameters are not changed very often. The removable Command operating unit (PV C models) incorporates a graphic LCD screen for high operating convenience and a programmer. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets.
