The Oxford Instruments INCAx-Act Energy Dispersive Spectrometer System is a high-precision tool initially used within a university setting, currently available as surplus. Though it remains untested in our facility, it powers on and appears in excellent cosmetic condition, previously installed on a Philips XL30 SEM TMP system. The package comprises the INCAx-act model 51-ADD0082 sensor 51-1385-046, INCA MICSF+ (ASSY: 51-G-1100-149), and INCA x-stream 2 (ASSY: 51-G-1100-131), all powered by the included PSU. Included are four PCI interface cards presumed to be from the original PC, with various essential cables. Additional materials encompass manuals, software, and educational content such as the 'The Principles and Practice of X-ray Microanalysis' CD Rom, installation binders, keys, drivers, and USB recovery drives to support users in setup and recovery tasks.
