The LITHIUMSAFE 110UB by CHEMISAFE is an advanced safety cabinet designed specifically for the secure storage of lithium batteries. Proudly manufactured in Italy, it adheres to EN 14470-1 and EN 16121 standards, ensuring utmost reliability.

These cabinets are crafted from electro-galvanized steel sheet, cold-pressed with removable external structure options. The construction includes a thickness range between 1 to 2 millimeters and an anti-acid epoxy powder coating, further hardened in a 200°C thermal tunnel. The design incorporates high-temperature insulation with calcium silicate and mineral fiber (fibroceramic-free) boasting a high density of 300 Kg/m3, affixed using ceramic adhesives. Exterior panels are made from fireproof melamine laminate capable of withstanding aggressive vapors.

Key features include automatic door closing when temperatures surpass 47°C, a locking mechanism utilizing a key, and a certified automatic closure system for air ducts activated between 70/100 °C. An ejection hole with a 100mm diameter is positioned at the cabinet's back, along with natural iron anti-spark hinges and a brass pin. A perforated shelf at the base and a 3 cm thermo-expanding gasket (DIN 4102) enhance functionality. Additionally, an 'earth' clamp is included to mitigate electrostatic charges.

This cabinet can be equipped with various accessories for extended safety measures, including a 12-position electrical multiple socket and a fire extinguisher with a smoke detector.
