CHEMISAFE LITHIUMSAFE 60.Z Safety Cabinets

LITHIUMSAFE safety cabinets from CHEMISAFE represent cutting-edge, Italian-made solutions for the secure storage of lithium batteries. Crafted in compliance with EN 14470-1 and EN 16121 standards, these high-quality cabinets provide robust protection and can be customized with a range of safety-enhancing accessories.

Construction:
The cabinets are constructed entirely from electro-galvanized steel sheets, cold-pressed with a detachable exterior framework, and are available in thicknesses of 1, 1.5, and 2 millimeters. They feature an anti-acid epoxy powder coating, cured in a thermal tunnel at 200°C. Their panels are insulated to withstand extreme temperatures (up to 800°C) using high-density (300 Kg/m3) calcium silicate and mineral fiber, secured with ceramic adhesives. Fireproof melamine laminate panels offer high resistance to aggressive vapors.

• 100mm ejection hole at the rear of the cabinet
• Anti-spark hinge made from natural iron with a brass pin

• 'Earth' clamp to prevent electrostatic charges
