LITHIUMSAFE SAFETY STORAGE CABINETS

Our LITHIUMSAFE safety storage cabinets represent a breakthrough in premium, Italian-engineered solutions for the secure housing of lithium batteries.
Adhering to all contemporary regulations, these cabinets can be further customised with a range of safety-enhancing accessories.
- The fully detachable outer structure is formed from cold-pressed electro-galvanized steel sheet, boasting thicknesses of 1/1.5/2 millimeters, and finished with an anti-acid epoxy powder coating, applied in a thermal tunnel at 200°C.
- The inner layer is fortified with superior temperature-resistant (800°C) insulation, employing a dense 300 Kg/m3 array of calcium silicate and mineral fiber (Fibroceramic free) panels, affixed with ceramic adhesives.
- The enclosure's durability is further emphasized with fireproof, melamine laminate panels that resist even harsh vapours.
- Accreditation in accordance with EN 14470-1 and EN 16121 standards.
IMPORTANT FEATURES
- The cabinet door shuts automatically when interior temperatures exceed 47°C.
- Enhanced security with KEY-LOCKED DOORS.
- A tested automatic closing mechanism (70/100 °C) for the cabinet's air input and output channels, situated at the cabinet's rear, assures regular operation.
- Designed with a 100mm diameter evacuation PORT at the back.
- An anti-spark NATURAL IRON HINGE with a brass pin is included.
- The package includes one base PERFORATED SHELF.
- Included is a 3cm thermo-expanding GASKET (in accordance with DIN 4102)
- An 'Earth' CLIP is built in to provide electrostatic discharge control.
