COSTRUCTION Completely built in electro-galvanized steel sheet, cold pressed with removable external structure; thicknesses of 1/1.5/2 millimeters and painting with anti-acid epoxy powders and passage in a thermal tunnel at 200°C. Particular insulation on the panels for high temperatures (800°C): calcium silicate and mineral fiber (fibroceramic free) at high density 300 Kg/m3 fixed with ceramic adhesives. Fireproof melamine laminate panels with high resistance to even aggressive vapours. Certification according to EN 14470-1 and EN 16121 standards. CHARACTERISTICS - AUTOMATIC CLOSING of the door in the event of temperatures exceeding 47°C - LOCK AND LOCK OF THE DOORS WITH KEY - Certified automatic closing SYSTEM (70/100 °C) of the air inlet and outlet ducts, maintenance-free, placed on the back of the cabinet. - Ejection HOLE diam. 100mm. at the back of the wardrobe - Anti-spark hinge in natural iron with brass pin. - 1 shelf perforated at the base - 3 cm thermo expanding GASKET. AUTOMATIC FIRE EXTINGUISHER The automatic fire extinguishing system works by detecting the presence of fire and controlling the discharge of extinguishing media so that the damage caused by the fire is minimized. The automatic extinguishing system includes a fire detection system, an extinguishing control unit and condensed aerosol generators. Information on the front panel display facilitates programming and simplified use. The possibility of programming the delayed activation of the sirens, or the time and duration of the extinguishing system make the unit very efficient and flexible. HOW DOES IT WORK? In the event of a lithium battery fire, the automatic fire extinguisher suppresses the fire and neutralizes the decomposition products of the electrolyte such as Hydrogen fluoride (HF), forming stable products such as KF and KHF2. The neutralizing action prevents the formation of highly flammable gases, such as hydrogen (H2), bringing the internal temperature down below the threshold necessary for a new fire to break out.
