The Hoefer TE77X Semi-Dry Transfer Unit is an efficient and robust system designed to transfer proteins from polyacrylamide gels in under an hour, using minimal buffer. With a spacious 21 x 26 cm transfer area, this unit can accommodate up to 12 mini gels simultaneously, allowing for high-throughput transfers in less time. Engineered to prevent excessive heat buildup, the TE77X supports up to two gel layers being transferred at once without risk of drying out or halting the transfer process.
This unit features durable iridium oxide and stainless steel electrodes, ensuring contamination-free, consistent protein transfer. The vented electrode design helps prevent bubble buildup, which can interfere with transfer quality, while the included safety circuit breaker protects the transfer unit from electrical surges.
