It is particularly effective for substances such as chlorides, bromides, iodides, sulfides, hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, and cyanides. Maintenance-free by design, this electrode is typically stored in deionized water. Depending on your specific application, it is advisable to consider using a variant of the Ag Titration System with a specialized coating, such as AgBr or Ag2S, which can be procured separately to enhance performance in targeted analytical procedures.
