Vacuum Degasser (Model: G1322A):
The Agilent 1100 HPLC Degasser is specifically designed for optimal solvent degassing. It features a four-channel vacuum container with tubular plastic membranes and an integrated vacuum pump. Each channel supports a flow rate of 0-10 ml/min, accommodating flows up to 5-10 ml/min with reduced degassing efficiency.

Quaternary Pump:
Built with a dual-plunger hydraulic system, this pump employs a proprietary servo-controlled variable stroke drive with floating plungers and an active inlet valve. It offers a settable flow range of 0.001 – 10 ml/min in 0.001 ml/min increments. The pump operates within a pressure range of 0 – 400 bar for flow rates up to 5 ml/min and 0 – 200 bar up to 10 ml/min. Featuring a low-pressure quaternary mixing gradient, the system ensures composition precision of < 0.2 % RSD at 0.2 and 1 ml/min.

Autosampler Thermostat:
This unit maintains a settable temperature range from 4°C to 40°C with precision. At ambient temperatures below 25 °C and humidity under 50%, accuracy is maintained from -1°C to +4°C at a setpoint of 4°C, and from -1°C to +5°C above these conditions.

Standard Autosampler:
Equipped to handle pressures up to 400 bar, the autosampler supports injections from 0.1 – 100 µl with exceptional precision (<0.25% RSD for 5 – 100 µl). The carryover is typically <0.1%, ensuring sample integrity with a capacity of 100 x 2 ml vials per tray.

Thermostatted Column Compartment:
This compartment offers temperature control from 10 degrees below ambient up to 80 °C, with high temperature stability and accuracy. It accommodates up to three 30 cm columns and supports communication via CAN, GPIB, RS-232C, APG Remote, and LAN.

Diode Array Detector:
Featuring a 1024-element photodiode array, this detector spans a wavelength range of 190 – 950 nm with high wavelength accuracy (± 1 nm). With short-term noise as low as ± 1 × 10⁻⁵ AU at 254 and 750 nm and a linear absorbance range exceeding 2 AU, it provides precise and reliable data output.
