Compact design and integrated electronics provide various possibilities of MAS module adaptation into technological lines and installation inside laboratory equipment or devices. Measurements can be carried out using either weighing pan or under-pan weighing system, i.e. solution enabling the load to be suspended beneath the module. By cause of high measurement accuracy, it is recommended to install the module inside customer's device (e.g. in a draft shield) in order to reduce the influence of ambient conditions on the measurement result. The MPS module comes standard with a dedicated power supply. MPS Y device consists of the electromagnetic module of high resolution and Y operation panel equippe (more)d with LCD. It has been designed to be easily integrated into customer-owned weighing systems, and therefore can be built either into technological line or inside weighing devices or laboratory equipment. The MW-01-A mass converter is designed to be a component of an industrial load cell scale. Depending (more) on the needs, communication with the mass converter can be carried out via the following communication interfaces: RS232, RS485, Ethernet, Ethernet IP, Profibus or Profinet. The MW-01-A mass converter is compatible with indicators and PC. Operation of the MW-01-A mass converter via PC is carried out using „MW Manager” software.

This was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements. The unit powers up and  (more)is in good working order. The inner door hasn't been tested as it requires compressed air but we see no reason why it would not work with the correct air setup. There are no gloves included. High protection class, IP66 / IP68, makes the HX7 H a scale that can be used in harsh industrial conditions. 4 load cells guarantee correct weighing regardless of load placing at the platform. Equipment The scale provides 7" colour graphic display and a bar graph consisting of 9 diodes emiting red and green light. The bar graph is a graphic visualisation of the current net weight referred either to the scale range or predetermined min and max thresholds. Housing back is equipped with hermetic communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, at your disposal there are also digital inputs/outputs and analogue output. This enables cooperation with external devices such as: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control, superior IT systems. With use of the bracket you can either place the terminal at any flat horizontal surface, or fix it to the wall adjusting the tilt respectively to suit your needs. Databases The terminal's software allows carrying out processes such as weighing, parts counting, dosing, labelling, formulations and percent weighing. Terminal’s system of information is based on databases: users, products, weighings, packaging, formulations, customers, ALIBI memory which guarantees stored data safety.
