Ergonomic Mechanical Design The latest AS R2 PLUS analytical balance features spacious weighing chamber, and the open-door clearance facilitates easy access to the weighing pan. With this it is possible to use laboratory glassware of various sizes. New aluminium base is a guarantee for weighing system stability. Dual-CLICK system allows tool-free assembly and disassembly of the weighing chamber, and a special design of guides for weighing chamber panes (no rims) makes keeping the device clean convenient. Levelling System Standard AS R2 PLUS balances are equipped with a levelling device located at the front of the weighing chamber, which facilitates level control. The AP-12.1.5Y is the first automatic device designed to calibrate single- and multi-channel micropi (more)pettes with [d] 1 µg, in accordance with ISO 8655 requirements. Pipette calibration can be performed in the volume range from 0.5 μl a maximum of 12 channels of fixed and variable volume pipettes. The impressive calibration readability is the result of the co-called separation chamber which stabilizes the measurement path and protects it from excessive air movement. This is a guarantee of high precision measurements. AP-12.1.5Y guarantees the comfort of work. The ergonomic design of the device makes it possible to empty weighing vessels, and their overfilling is signalled by Ambient Light. When calibrating a multichannel pipette, a pump is used to simultaneously remove water from four vessels, greatly reducing the time required for pipette calibration. Other factors that affect the ergonomics of work: compact, mobile design clear, intuitive multilingual menu data security transfer of results directly to the customer’s computer application internal procedure report automatic periodic adjustment of the device. After emptying a 12-channel pipette, the AP-12.1.5Y checks all channels in a single cycle.
