MA X7.A moisture analyzers are hi-tech measuring instruments intended for quick determination of rel (more)ative moisture content, dry mass content and other parameters in samples of different substances. MA.X7.A series is equipped with innovative system: the drying chamber can be opened and closed automatically using button or proximity sensors. Such solution allows: Maintaining moisture analyzer clean – operator does not touch moisture analyzer’s housing. Removing any shocks caused by manual closing of the chamber – the chamber closes automatically and always with the same intensity. Achieving high repeatability of opening and closing the drying chamber. Enhancing drying process automation. Enhancing safety of operation by eliminating contact with hot components of drying chamber. Improving operation ergonomics. MA.X7.A series features user-friendly colour touchscreen. Free configuration of the control panel can be done by means of hotkeys, customizable information fields and programmable labels. Drying process can be carried out for any temperature and – thanks to databases – particular drying process may be set for a specific product. Highlights of X7 Series moisture analyzers: Automatic opening and closing of the drying chamber 7” capacitive colour touchpad Modern interface Uncomplicated, intuitive operation Programmable display Drying profiles (standard, mild, step, fast) GLP/GMP printouts-reports Repeatable and customized applications Work optimization due to the use of halogen lamps Capacity and temperature MA.X7.A maximum capacity ranges from 50g/0.1mg to 210g/0.1mg. Moisture content is measured with the 0.01% accuracy (0.001 % for samples bigger than 1.5g). The maximum drying temperature is 160˚C (there is an optional moisture analyzer with 250˚C maximum temperature). An additional element for moisture analyzers that improves their functionality is a water vapour permeability determination set used in tanning industry for determining hygienic properties of leather. Databases: Information system of X7 series moisture analyzers is based on 8 databases, allowing many users to operate product database comprising many samples. Collected measurements may be subjected to subsequent analysis. Collected data is registered in 8 databases: Products (up to 5000 products) Users (up to 100 users) Packaging (up to 100 packagings) Customers (up to 1000 customers) Drying programs (up to 200 drying programs) Drying process reports (up to 5000 drying process reports) Ambient conditions (up to 10000 records) Weighings (up to 50000 records) The results The results obtained using the moisture analyzer (the final result of the drying process): % M – the mass loss in %; displays the mass change recorded during the drying process, expressed as a percentage, % D – the dry mass obtained during the drying process, expressed as a percentage; the result is the portion of the sample that remains on the weighing pan after the moisture has evaporated, % R – the ratio of moisture content to dry mass, obtained during the drying process, expressed as a percentage; the result is the portion of the sample that evaporated during the drying process, g – the sample mass after drying. Interfaces USB interface ensures quick transfer and copying of any results of your work (measurements, reports, databases) to a computer or other moisture analyzer. Remote access to the moisture analyzer allows for online data management. Cooperation with E2R allows for external data management which in turn increases the efficiency and results to the maximum.

Their reliable and precise weighing technology utilizes gold-plated, ceramic capacitors to determine sample mass. The Compact line includes 6 models covering a wide range of maximum weight capacities. The lower capacity units (120g, 300g, and 500g) are readable to 0.01 g and come with a draft shield ring to prevent air currents from affecting measurements. These models feature a 4.5-inch diameter, stainless steel weigh pan. The larger capacity models (1000g, 5000g, and 10,000g) do not include the draft shield ring, come with larger weighing pans of 6.3 to 7-inch diameter, and are readable to 0.1g.All balances in the Accuris Compact line offer large, brightly lit LCD panels, and are easy to operate using the intuitive and splash-resistant control panel. Different modes allow weight to be displayed in various units: grams, ounces, carats, and simple programs can be used for piece counting and percent deviation weighing.Leveling feet are located toward the front of the balance for easy access, and a leveling bubble in the control panel is easy to see for quick and simple leveling on the lab bench. The balances can be calibrated using a calibration weight and a few keystrokes on the control panel – just select a calibration point in the calibration mode, place the calibration weight onto the weighing pan, and press the “CAL” button.Lightweight, and small in size, Accuris Compact balances will provide years of trouble-free service.INCLUDED: The Accuris W3300-10K - Compact Balance, 10000 grams, readability 0.1 grams, 115V includes: - Weighing Pan - Power Cord - One Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Radwag HX5.EX-1.4.600.C9 4 Load Cell Platform Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.4.600.C9 4 Load Cell Platform Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
